Christoph, a long-time collaborator, joined the lab to work on the vasculature mapping project. Christoph is now Associate Professor at UCSF and Berkeley National Labs.

Paul Bertin
Paul, an Ecole Polytechnique student, rotated in the lab for his master 2 thesis for 6 months, in co-direction with Stanley Durrleman and Benjamin Charlier from the ARAMIS lab. He worked on characterizing vascular features in the mouse brain using Wasserstein distances. He is now pursuing his PhD in Canada.
